We moved within the North End in 2011 and Alison Blake was an excellent, efficient Realtor for us. In buying our new home, she was very responsive with arranging to see the property we wanted, drafting the offer letter and providing recommendations in phrasing and terms based on her experience as well as the current housing environment. In selling our old home, she provided useful referrals to fix a few things and stage furniture, all of wich proved to speed up the sale as we had three offers in just 24 hours. She walked us helpfully through the process of comparing the offers and helping us decide final terms and conditions, keeping the paperwork moving. We felt the asking price on our old home accurately reflected the market at the time and everything simply come together to close as fast as we hoped.
